Butcher Boys Fire up the BBQ for a Good Cause
The Central Market's very own "Celebrity Chef's"
The Knoll brothers - Alex, Andreas, Dieter and Stephen, semi finalists in Channel 9's Great Aussie Cook Off - fired up the BBQ in the Market in support of a very worthy cause.
The Butcher Boys as they were known on the show, raided the shelves of their smallgoods business Barossa Fine Foods to host a gourmet sausage sizzle - with all proceeds going to the Women's & Children's Hospital Foundation.
Well done guys and congratulations on being semi-finalists in the Great Aussie Cook-off!

Taste the Best of the Hills - Sauvignon Blanc 2009 Launch
The wineries of the Adelaide Hills have just released the 2009 vintage of their flagship varietal - Sauvignon Blanc.
On Friday 9th October, Central Market customers had the opportunity to taste 25 wines from the 2009 Vintage right here in the Market.
This was a great success and we will certainly be looking at providing more opportunties like this in the Market.
